🚀 Overview

Spectora webhooks allow your inspection data, events, and payments to stay synced in real-time. You must configure each webhook event properly to maintain accurate updates and avoid missing or duplicated data.

You’ll be setting up 18 actions that push data to five key webhook url in Attik:

  1. Create/Update Inspection

  2. Delete Inspection

  3. Create/Update Event

  4. Delete Event

  5. Create/Update Payment

🔧 Step-by-Step Setup

1. Go to Spectora > Settings > Integrations

Locate your webhook configuration section. If you’re unfamiliar with where to find it, Spectora has a webhook area under your account integrations.

2. Create Webhook Actions

It’s best to group these into specific actions based on event types (e.g., "Inspection Created"). For each webhook action:

  • Event Trigger Name: This should match the corresponding trigger name from our list below.

  • Trigger Settings:

    • Trigger once: Follow Table

    • Trigger even when notifications are disabled: Follow Table

These URLs are provided within your Attik account under the integration settings page. Do not guess them.

3. Define Webhook Payload

At the last stage of each webhook setup in Spectora:

  • Choose the "Call Webhook" action.

  • Paste the corresponding webhook URL.

  • Select all fields to include in the payload.

  • For event-related webhooks, make sure to include event details.

4. Test and Save

After saving each webhook, you can test them by triggering a mock inspection or event in Spectora. Make sure data appears in Attik as expected.

✅ Best Practices

  • Set everything up before pushing live data.

  • Double-check webhook types and fields. Incorrect configurations often lead to failed sync.

  • Keep your triggers cleanly named (e.g., "Attik – Event Created").

If you ever make changes in Spectora’s custom fields or data model, review your webhook mappings to ensure continued alignment.
