Where to find it

  • Open Schedule from the main navigation.

  • The page title is Scheduling Form.

When you can use it

  • The page is available to users with scheduling/calendar office permissions.

  • If you do not see Schedule, ask your administrator to review your scheduling permissions.

What you fill out (in order)

The Scheduler uses expandable sections. Your company can control section order, but these are the core sections you will complete:

  • Services

  • Contacts

  • Property

  • Required Info

  • Dispatch & Scheduling

1) Services

  • In Services, pick the service(s) for the job.

  • You will see helper text like Select a service until one is chosen.

  • Price and duration update as you build services.

2) Contacts

  • In Contacts, add people tied to the job.

  • The section tracks required contact roles and shows progress.

  • If no contacts are added, the section summary shows Add contacts.

3) Property

  • In Property, enter the address and property details.

  • If missing, the summary shows Enter property details.

  • Foundation is a required field and must be entered before price calculations will appear

4) Required Info

  • Required Info shows fields required by selected services.

  • If enabled in your instance, you may also see:

    • Lock report

    • Referral Source

5) Dispatch & Scheduling

  • Set date/time and inspector in Dispatch & Scheduling.

  • Before selection, it shows Select date, time, and inspector.

  • After selection, it shows scheduled date and assigned inspector.

Action bar: quote, book, draft, and reset

At the bottom of the page you can use:

  • Send Quote (or Save Quote when editing an existing quote)

  • Book Job

  • Save Draft (icon button)

  • Create Hold With Quote

  • Start Over

What each button needs

  • Send Quote / Save Quote usually needs:

    • at least one selected service

    • at least one contact

    • property details (including core fields like square footage, year built, and units when required by your setup)

    • required service info fields (when your company uses them)

  • Book Job needs everything required for quote, plus:

    • date/time

    • inspector assignment

  • Save Draft is for work-in-progress scheduling, but it still needs minimum quote data (typically service, contact, property basics, and any required service info configured in your instance).

  • If a button is disabled, hover to see guidance such as:

    • Complete to Send Quote:

    • Complete to Book Job:

    • Complete to Save Draft:

The hover message is the most accurate checklist for your specific form, because required fields can vary by company settings.

After you submit

If you choose Send Quote / Save Quote

  • A quote is created or updated.

  • You can continue follow-up from quote/workorder workflows.

If you choose Book Job

  • The booking flow opens a confirmation panel and supports:

    • Book in Attik

    • Book in Spectora (when applicable)

    • Create as confirmed (when available)

If you choose Save Draft

  • A draft is saved so you can return and finish later.

Caveats and common confusion

  • You may not be able to Book Job until Dispatch & Scheduling has a valid date/time and inspector.

  • Save Quote appears when editing an existing quote; Send Quote appears for new quotes.

  • Start Over clears your current scheduler progress.

  • Availability and options can vary by role, integration, and company settings.

Need help?

If Scheduler buttons stay disabled, share this with your Attik admin/support:

  • which section is incomplete

  • which button you were trying to use (Send Quote, Book Job, or Save Draft)

  • any tooltip message shown (for example Complete to Book Job:)
