Opening and Managing a Workorder
Use a Workorder to review job details, manage scheduling/payment/report actions, and track activity in one place. This guide covers the main tabs and the Actions menu.

Where to find it
You can open a workorder from multiple places, including:
Calendar events
Worklists
Other job links in Attik
When open, the page has tab sections:
Workorder
Activity Feed
Integrations
When you can use it
You must have access to the inspection/job.
If you are not authorized for that companyโs record, access is blocked.
Some actions depend on status and permissions.
Workorder tabs
Workorder
Main operational tab for job details, including areas such as:
service/payment details
people and assignment
reports and agreements
booking details
Activity Feed
Use this tab to review timeline history and job updates.
Integrations
Use this tab for integration-related data and links for the job.
Using the Actions menu
Click Actions on the workorder header to open grouped actions.
Portal
Open Client Portal
Open Portal as [role] (when role-based portal access is available)
Spectora
Open Spectora Job (when applicable)
Manage
Confirm Job
Lock Movement / Unlock Movement
Enable Fees / Disable Fees
Reschedule
Cancel Inspection
You may also see confirmation dialogs such as:
Confirm Job
Cancel (close action in confirmation modal)
Status and booking details
Workorder booking history can include:
Scheduled
Confirmed
Canceled
These items show who performed the action and when.
After you run an action
Confirming a job shows a success message and updates status.
Rescheduling opens the reschedule flow and then updates the workorder.
Canceling opens the cancel flow and then updates the record.
Lock/unlock and fees toggles update the job and show a success/error message.
Caveats and common confusion
Confirm Job only applies to eligible job statuses.
Lock Movement affects assignment behavior during rescheduling.
Portal and Spectora options depend on available data/integrations.
Tabs show different views of the same job; updates may appear in multiple tabs after refresh.
Need help?
If an action fails, provide Attik admin/support with:
workorder ID or URL
action name (for example Reschedule or Confirm Job)
exact message shown after clicking the action
