Workorder attachments

Attachments are available from the workorder report context so teams can review report-related files and other additional files without leaving the job.

Where to find it

  • Open the job Workorder.

  • In the report area, look for attachment sections such as:

    • Report Attachments

    • Additional Attachments

When you can use it

  • Use this when reviewing a job before publishing, sending to a client, or answering follow-up questions.

  • Use Report Attachments for files tied directly to report content.

  • Use Additional Attachments for extra files that support the job but are separate from the report body.

What you can do

  • See attachment counts in the section title (for example Additional Attachments (N)).

  • Open available files directly from the workorder.

  • Quickly confirm whether files are report-linked or general job attachments.

  • If no files are available, the section may show an empty state.

After you open attachments

  • You stay in workorder context while reviewing files, so you can continue job actions without navigating away.

Caveats

  • What appears can vary by job source (Attik-native vs Spectora-linked workflows).

  • If an expected file is missing, it is usually because it was not uploaded or not linked to the correct inspection/report record.

Need more help?

  • For report lifecycle controls around those files, see Reports on a workorder.

  • If a file should exist but does not appear, verify the attachment was added to the correct inspection/report record.
