Where to find them
Open Calendar in the sidebar.
Hover Calendar (desktop expanded sidebar) or open the mobile menu to choose Inspector Calendar or Office Calendar.
The browser title for the inspector view is Calendar; the office view is titled Office Calendar.
When you can open each view
The sidebar shows Inspector Calendar when your login satisfies its calendar permission rule.
Office Calendar appears when your login satisfies the office-calendar permission rule.
The inspector calendar page itself runs an access check when it loads; the office calendar page runs a separate check for office access. If you follow a link but lack access, you will get the app’s unauthorized handling instead of the grid.
What you see
Inspector Calendar
A grid of inspector rows (name and photo).
Each row can show vacations, events, inspections, slots, and recurring items on the timeline.
When your company tracks radon on the calendar, radon-related items can appear on inspector rows.
A filter control opens a popover to narrow rows by team and service choices (teams and services load when you open the filter).
Clicking a slot to create a job sends you to Schedule from the built-in handler.
Office Calendar
A grid of office staff rows (name and photo).
Rows show vacations, events, and recurring items (no inspection job lane in the same way as inspectors).
The same floating actions are available for new events (see the calendar events article).
Shared actions
Bottom-right floating menu (when shown on your screen):
Add Event
Add Recurring Event
After you make changes
Creating or editing events closes the modal and returns the address bar query to a clean state (
?cleared) on success; the calendar refreshes from the server.
Caveats
Inspector rows respect self-only versus full inspector-calendar access inside the grid: with self-only access you only see your own inspector row; with broader access you can see other inspectors (subject to team/service filters).
Hover sub-links are not permission-filtered in the sidebar component; you can still see a label and get blocked at the destination—ask an administrator if that happens.
