What you can do

Page header

  • Title: Online Service Filter

  • Subtitle: Configure the service filter options shown in the online scheduler

AI-assisted setup

  • Use Generate Questions with AI to open AI Question Generator.

  • In the modal, use Guidance for AI (helper text: Describe what types of questions and scenarios you want the AI to create).

  • Run Generate Questions (shows Generating... while working).

  • Review AI Reasoning and Generated Questions (N total).

  • Save Questions persists the tree; Discard or Back to Settings cancel or step back.

Manual tree

  • When nothing exists yet, you see No filter options configured and Create First Option.

  • With options present, use Add Root Option at the bottom of the list.

  • Each row shows the option label, optional description, Next Question: line (or Choose from the following options), and chips such as N service(s) / N role(s).

  • Row actions: add child (+), edit (pencil), delete (trash), and an active Switch with tooltip Branch is active - appears in online scheduler or Branch is inactive - will not appear in online scheduler.

  • Drag by the grip handle to reorder; success toast Filter options reordered successfully.

  • Delete confirmation title: Delete Service Filter Option

  • Orphan branches show a warning icon; tooltip begins This branch does not end in a complete qualifier...

  • Terminal rows may show a check control with tooltip This is a final qualifier with both services and roles set...

Activation toasts

  • Success / Branch activated successfully or Branch and N child branch(es) deactivated successfully

After you save

  • The online scheduler presents the active branches to clients in the order you configured.

Caveats

  • Inactive parent branches block children (Cannot activate: Parent branch is inactive...).

  • Refresh errors show Failed to refresh filter.
