Where to find it
Open Dispatch from the main navigation.
The page title is Dispatch Tool.
When you can use it
You need calendar access to open Dispatch.
What you can view depends on permissions:
Some users can see all inspectors.
Some users can only see their own inspector view.
If you do not see Dispatch, ask an administrator to check your calendar/dispatch permissions.
What Dispatch does
Dispatch combines three things in one place:
A map view for address and service area context
Inspector routing stats (miles, drive time, stops)
A calendar/grid and slot suggestions to help you place jobs
Main input flow (left panel)
Choose a date using the date controls.
Use Select Inspectors to pick who to compare.
Enter the property using the address search field.
In slot scheduling mode, choose a primary service.
(Optional) Open Show More Options and set:
Requested Date
Requested Inspector
Slot suggestions and list behavior
You will see slot cards by day.
Each day shows top options and a View Top 3 action.
Use + Show More Days to load additional days.
If no options are available, Dispatch shows No Available Slots Found with context (for selected date and/or inspector).
If a day is full, it shows a FULL badge.
Service area warning
If an address is outside an inspector service area, you may see Address Not In Service Area.
You can still review results, but this warning helps you avoid assigning outside normal coverage.
Routing stats
For each inspector, Dispatch shows:
Miles Driven
drive time
Stops
Use these side by side to balance workload and reduce travel.
Create a scheduled job from Dispatch
Click an available slot in the calendar/grid.
The scheduling panel opens so you can complete booking details.
If you need to change setup first, use Edit Address Or Service.
After you assign a slot
The selected slot opens scheduling so you can finish creating the job.
Once saved, the event appears on the assigned inspector calendar.
Dispatch and calendar views stay aligned with the latest schedule.
Caveats and common confusion
Dispatch results depend on the address, selected service, date, and selected inspectors.
If you skip address or service selection, slot results may not load.
Permissions can limit who appears in your inspector list.
A warning like Address Not In Service Area does not always block action, but it should be reviewed before scheduling.
Need help?
If Dispatch is missing inspectors, shows unexpected slot availability, or does not load slots, contact your Attik administrator or support and share:
the address used
selected service
selected date / requested inspector
the exact warning or message shown on screen
