Radon Chart overview

This article describes the Radon Chart page: the two-week grid, inspector rows, time-frame buttons, theme toggle, and corner menu actions. It matches the in-app description: levels for each inspector over about the past two weeks into the near future.

Where to find it

  • Click Radon Chart in the main sidebar (/radon).

When you can use it

  • The page checks for scheduler-type calendar access (the same broad group used for dispatch-style roles in navigation). If you are blocked, ask an administrator to grant Radon Chart access.

If settings are missing

  • You may see Radon Settings Not Found with text that you must add equipment information first.

  • Button: Go to Settings β€” sends you to Settings radon configuration (/settings/radon).

What the chart shows

  • A table with columns for days and hourly slots across about two weeks.

  • Row headers: Inspector and Ends (ending counts / balances used in the chart logic).

  • Each cell reflects scheduled radon usage for that inspector and time bucket based on live data from your company.

  • Time-frame buttons across the top use titles from your Radon Settings (only entries marked in use appear). Click a button to change the timeGap grouping (for example wider or narrower blocks).

  • A light/dark Switch at the top toggles theme (sun/moon icons). The choice is saved to your user settings so it returns on your next visit.

  • While refreshing, a small Spinner can appear in the header area.

Corner menu (floating actions)

  • Calibration Transfer β€” adds ?calibration=new to open calibration flow.

  • View Radon Data β€” goes to /radon/data.

  • Radon Settings β€” goes to /settings/radon.

After you change settings or calibration

  • The chart can refresh from the server; use View Radon Data if you need the detailed data view.

Caveats

  • Accurate counts depend on complete Radon Settings (equipment totals, time frames, and in-use flags). Incomplete setup triggers the Radon Settings Not Found state.

  • The chart is a planning view; always confirm device custody and field procedures with your company’s standard operating procedures.

Need help

  • Configure hardware and time frames under Settings (see Settings overview and where to configure features for the menu path to radon settings).

  • For inspector scheduling context, read Inspector Calendar and Office Calendar.
