Where to find it

  • Main nav: Company Handbook

  • Routes:

    • Office docs: /handbook/office

    • Inspector docs: /handbook/inspector

When you can use it

  • Use this area for SOPs, policy notes, field guidance, and internal references.

  • Teams with access to both collections can switch between:

    • Office Help Docs

    • Inspector Handbook

What you can do

  • Search documents using the Search field.

  • Filter by category and browse grouped tiles.

  • Open favorites and category sections quickly.

  • If you have Handbook Admin access, use:

    • Add Document

    • View Drafts

    • Edit mode paths for draft/published updates.

After you save or publish

  • New or updated docs appear in category groupings.

  • Draft management remains available under the drafts view for admin users.

Caveats

  • Read access and editing rights are permission-based (handbook-office, handbook-inspector, handbook-admin).

  • Teams without admin permission can view content but cannot create new documents.
