Internal scheduler: required sections and action buttons
When you use the internal scheduler to build a quote or book a job, Attik checks several sections before Send Quote, Book Job, or Save Draft is enabled. Tooltips list exactly what is still missing.

Where to find it
Open the scheduler from your usual internal scheduling entry point (for example the Scheduler area). The form is organized into expandable sections. The exact order of sections depends on your company’s scheduler layout settings.
Typical sections include:
Services
Contacts
Property
Required Info (when your company uses required service fields)
Dispatch (date, time, and inspector)
When you use it
Creating a new quote or editing an existing quote before sending.
Booking a job once property, services, contacts, required info, and dispatch are complete.
Saving a draft when you have at least the minimum contact information (other rules still apply—see tooltips).
What the buttons do
Send Quote — Use this when you are ready to send a new quote. If you are editing an existing quote, this button appears as Save Quote to save your changes.
Book Job — Use this when you are ready to lock in the appointment. This button stays unavailable until scheduling details (like Date/time and Inspector) are complete.
Save Draft — Use this to save your work and come back later. If it is unavailable, hover to see Complete to Save Draft and what is still missing.
Create Hold With Quote (desktop) — Use this when you want to place a tentative hold while sending a quote. It may stay disabled until date/time and inspector are selected.

Complete to Send Quote
You may need to complete:
Service selection
At least one contact
Property details incl. SQFT, Year, Units
Required info: (specific field names listed in the tooltip when applicable)
Complete to Book Job
You may need everything above for a quote, plus:
Full property details (when property rules are stricter for booking)
Required info fields
Date/time
Inspector selection
Complete to Save Draft
Similar to the send-quote checklist, including Property details incl. SQFT, Year, Units and Required info when configured.
After you complete a section
The form may automatically expand the next section when the current one becomes valid.
Enabled buttons reflect the latest validation state.
Caveats and common confusion
Section names and order come from your company configuration, not a fixed list in the product.
Send Quote / Save Quote does not require dispatch fields; Book Job does.
Required info field names in the tooltip are defined in your service settings.
