Client quote portal overview

The client quote portal lets clients review quote details, inspect included services, and accept a pending quote from a secure link.

Where to find it

  • Clients open this page from the quote link shared by your team (usually by email or text).

  • The link is unique and secure for that specific quote.


When you can use it

  • Use this page when a quote has been issued and the client needs to review or accept it.

  • The quote state controls what actions are shown (for example pending vs accepted vs archived).


What clients can do

  • Review Quote Details and quote status chip.

  • View property address, created date, optional tentative date, and duration.

  • Review Services and pricing totals.

  • Read optional Message From Our Staff.

  • Open Property Details and map/street context.

  • Accept the quote from the portal when allowed.

If a quote is archived, clients see Quote Archived plus company contact details instead of acceptance flow.


After acceptance

  • Client sees a confirmation screen (for example Thank You! and Your Quote Has Been Accepted).

  • Depending on hold/time-slot state, the flow either confirms a scheduled appointment or confirms the team will follow up.


Caveats

  • Portal behavior depends on valid tokenized access and quote status.

  • If a hold expires, the portal can present a non-bookable hold state and require office follow-up.
