Favorites and quick access

Where to find it

  • Star in the top bar: Next to the page title at the top of the screen, use the star control.

  • Favorites in the sidebar: After you save at least one page, Favorites appears at the top of the left navigation with your saved entries listed underneath.

When you can use it

  • You must be signed in with an active company membership (the top bar shows your company when memberships exist).

  • Favorites are stored per user account, not for the whole company.

What the controls do

  • Add Page To Favorites (outline star tooltip): saves this page’s address and uses the current browser title as the favorite name.

  • Remove From Favorites (filled star tooltip): deletes the favorite that matches this page.

  • Success toasts:

    • Favorite Page Added β€” Your favorites have been updated.

    • Favorite Page Removed β€” Your favorites have been updated.

  • If something goes wrong: Error β€” There was an error updating your favorites.

After you save

  • The sidebar gains or updates the Favorites group; choose a title under Favorites to jump back to that page.

  • Removing the last favorite hides the Favorites group until you add one again.

Caveats

  • The favorite name comes from the page title at the moment you click the star; if the title changes later, the favorite label might not match until you remove and re-add it.

  • Favorites store the path you were on; dynamic pages (for example a specific workorder) save that exact URL.

Need help

  • If the star control is missing, confirm you are fully loaded into a tool page and not on a public or error screen.
